My Path in Experience & Product Design
I’ve built my career at the intersection of communications and product design. For 15 years, I focused on communications design—shaping brands, campaigns, and creative ecosystems that connected visual storytelling with business strategy. That foundation instilled in me a deep respect for design as a craft and taught me how to solve problems with clarity and impact.
Over the last five years, I’ve transitioned into product design leadership for SaaS startups and enterprise platforms. I led the development of the Four Seasons Yacht digital booking platform, which generated $16M in early bookings, scaled design systems for Coca-Cola’s OneXP, and enhanced engagement for USPS Delivers. These experiences reinforced my ability to balance business outcomes with user needs while developing scalable and accessible systems. Today, I’m driven by bringing clarity to complexity—through design thinking, prototyping, and systems strategy—while mentoring teams and fostering collaboration. I thrive in ambiguity, love exploring new ideas, and bring a roll-up-my-sleeves attitude with a sense of humor that makes the work impactful and enjoyable.
